Technical.ly, a news website geared to technologists and entrepreneurs, in its DC section wrote about the Motion Light Lab's work on bilingual storybook apps for young visual learners. The Brain and Language Laboratory for Neuroimaging is cited as the generator of research findings upon which the apps are constructed.

The story also featured ML2's new VL2 Storybook Creator platform, which enables individuals to produce their own bilingual ASL/English storybooks based on the same research findings on which the VL2 Storybook Apps are built.
