Petitto gives lecture in Hong Kong on benefits of bilingualism

The South China Morning Post published an article about Dr. Laura-Ann Petitto's lecture marking the launch of the University of Hong Kong's Science of Learning Center in February 2015.

Dr. Petitto, Sin-Wai Kin Distinguished Visiting Professor in the Humanities at HKU, spoke about the various benefits of bilingualism, including how learning two or more languages can boost language development, enhance academic performance, and possibly even protect individuals against Alzheimer's disease.
