Jamaal Johnson hails from Little Rock, Arkansas, the birthplace of former President Bill Clinton. He attended Arkansas School for the Deaf till the 7th grade, then he transferred to a different junior high, and was mainstreamed all the way through high school. After graduating, Jamaal went to Gallaudet University, and currently he is a sophomore majoring in psychology with a minor in English.
He is now working as a research assistant with Dr. Corine Bickley.
