Raylene Paludneviciene

Psychology
Gallaudet University


Dr. Paludneviciene is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at Gallaudet University where she teaches primarily in the undergraduate program. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Gallaudet University in 2005. Prior to working at Gallaudet, she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Rochester where she conducted research studies on the interaction of visual modality and memory, and developed American Sign Language assessment tools. Dr. Paludneviciene's current research projects include the development of American Sign Language assessment tools and studying the relationship between cochlear implants and the deaf community.
