David Plaut is a Professor at Carniege Mellon University. His research interests include computational modeling, complemented by empirical studies, to investigate the nature of normal and disordered cognitive processing in the domains of reading, language, and semantics. He works in the departments of Psychology and Computer Science, and the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition, Carnegie Mellon University.
